Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Two Brick Labs processes when you visit twobricklabs.com or send us a message. We collect only what is needed to run the site, protect it, understand it with your permission, and reply to enquiries.
Who is responsible
Two Brick Labs is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@twobricklabs.com.
Data we process and why
- Contact messages
- When you use the form, we receive your name, email address, message, chosen site language, and submission time. We use this information to reply, assess a requested project, prevent form abuse, and keep necessary business correspondence.
- Technical delivery and security
- Our hosting provider processes request data needed to deliver and secure the website. This can include IP address, device or browser information, requested page, time, and diagnostic logs.
- Language and consent choices
- We store the language you choose and your cookie preference so the site can respect that choice on later visits.
- Optional analytics
- If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow analytics cookies. It is used to understand page use and improve the site, not to build advertising profiles for Two Brick Labs.
Legal grounds
We process enquiries to answer your request and take steps you ask for before a possible contract. We process essential technical data for the legitimate interests of operating and securing the site. Optional analytics is based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Brevo sends contact-form messages to our business inbox. Google processes analytics data only when analytics is configured and you consent. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and transfers
Contact messages and business correspondence are kept only while they are useful for the enquiry, an ongoing relationship, security, or legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention settings. Some providers may process data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area using applicable contractual or legal safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the site's data practices or providers materially change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
